We got tired of resizing images just to upload them.
UploadEze is a small tool with one job: make any image or PDF fit an upload form — fast, on your own device, without sending it to some website you don’t trust.
The problem
“Photo must be under 50 KB and exactly 200×230 pixels.”
Anyone who has filled a government exam form, a KYC page, or a job portal knows the drill. The photo is 4 MB. The signature is the wrong size. The PDF is 2 MB over the limit. And the upload button just says “file too large” with no way to fix it.
So you go hunting. You open some free image-compressor website, upload your photo to a server you’ve never heard of, wait for ads to load, download the result, check if it’s small enough, and repeat. For a passport photo. For a signature. For every document. It’s slow, it’s clunky, and you’re handing your personal documents to a stranger every single time.
We built UploadEze to end that loop. It lives in your browser, reads what the form actually wants, and makes the file fit — in one click, without your image ever leaving your device. Today it’s 21 tools for images and PDFs, and it keeps getting sharper.

What we believe
A few rules we don’t break.
Private by default
Image work runs inside your browser. Nothing is uploaded to us, logged, or sold. The two server tools process in memory and discard the file the moment they are done.
Fast, where you already are
No copy-pasting into a random website. UploadEze reads the form’s size and format limits and fixes the file right on the page you’re filling.
Free for the everyday fixes
Compress, resize, crop and convert are free forever. You only pay if you want unlimited use and the heavier tools like background removal.
Built to be simple
No dashboards to learn. One click, the file fits, you submit. Every feature earns its place — if it adds confusion, it doesn’t ship.
Who builds it
UploadEze is an independent product built in India. We’re not a big company with a growth team and a data pipeline — which is exactly why we can keep it private, keep it simple, and ship fixes the same week we hear about them. If something’s broken or missing, tell us and it usually lands in the next update.
