1. Acceptance of these terms

By installing the UploadEze extension, using the uploadeze.com website, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What UploadEze is

UploadEze is a Chrome extension and accompanying website that helps you compress, resize, crop, and convert images and PDFs so they meet the upload requirements of online forms. Image editing runs in your browser. PDF compression and background removal are performed on our secure server and returned to you.

3. Accounts

You can use the core tools without an account. Creating an account (via email or Google) lets us track your monthly usage and unlock Pro features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old.

4. Free and Pro plans

The Free plan includes a limited number of tool uses each month. The Pro plan removes that limit and unlocks additional tools such as background removal, PDF merge, and batch processing. Current limits and prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice.

5. Billing and refunds

• Pro subscriptions are billed in advance through Razorpay, on a monthly or annual cycle.
• Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your billing dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). A tax invoice is emailed for every payment.
• Because the service is delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error or believe something went wrong, contact us within 7 days and we will review it fairly.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use UploadEze to process unlawful content, to abuse or overload our servers, to attempt to bypass usage limits or security, or to resell the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Your files

You keep all rights to the files you process. We do not claim ownership. Files edited in your browser stay on your device. Files sent to our server for PDF compression or background removal are processed in memory and discarded immediately — they are never stored, backed up, or sold. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and server-dependent tools may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance.

9. Limitation of liability

UploadEze is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for a form submission that fails for reasons outside our control. Always verify that your uploaded file meets the portal's requirements before submitting.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
