Adjusting brightness, contrast and saturation fixes a photo that came out too dark, too flat, or too dull — without needing a full photo editor. Small moves here often make an ID or document photo far easier to read.

Common uses

Dark or dim photos

Lift brightness on a photo taken in poor light.

Flat, low-contrast scans

Add contrast so text and edges read clearly.

Washed-out colour

Boost saturation on a dull or overcast photo.

Toning down a photo

Reduce saturation or brightness on an overexposed shot.

Questions

Will this fix a very dark or blurry photo?

It helps with lighting and flatness, but it can't recover detail that was never captured (extreme darkness or motion blur). Retaking the photo in better light is still the most reliable fix.

Does this run on a server?

No — brightness, contrast and saturation are applied entirely in your browser.
