Questions
Can I blur just one area, not the whole image?
This tool blurs the whole image evenly. To hide one detail, crop that region out separately, blur it, and recombine in a design tool — or simply crop the sensitive part out entirely.
Is a heavy blur always reversible?
No — enough blur permanently destroys detail; that's exactly what makes it reliable for hiding something.
